Founded in 1969, Connor & Connor started as a maintenance provider for document stamping machines and has evolved into a software and hardware systems solutions provider. Our custom-based software and hardware solutions focus on county government needs, with a particular emphasis on Registry of Deeds operations. After 41 years of business operations, we have established ourselves as the leading trusted partner of New Hampshire Registry of Deeds customers. We take pride in the long-term successful relationships that have been developed with our county Registry of Deeds customers and we continually strive to integrate new technologies into the Registry of Deeds land recording process to increase office efficiency.

The complete records management software system functionality includes all aspects of the document recording process flow including document recording, cashiering, document scanning, indexing data entry and verification, image and index display and public inquiry/retrieval. Additional capabilities include turn-key system services, hardware system design, setup, installation, maintenance, web-hosting, disaster recovery, eRecording, and image conversion services. Further, software system specifications can be custom tailored to meet your specific document processing workflow.

Connor & Connor's software is built on an open systems basis, utilizing client-server architecture. All workstations run on industry-standard Windows operating system, with the capability of networking to file servers running in either Linux or Windows server OS environments. The custom designed software utilizes Interbase, an ODBC standard database software. Other open system servers and databases may also be supported upon request. Images are stored in industry-standard TIFF file format with G4 compression.
