Connor & Connor has partnered with Simplifile and Ingeo, leading national providers of Web-based digital document recording services. Their nationwide eRecording network also allows organizations that regularly file land record documents with the county—including title companies, banks, and law firms—to record in any county on the network. These “submitter” organizations are able to eRecord property documents easily using a PC, high-speed Internet connection and scanner, saving them time and money and actually enhancing document security because Simplifile and Ingeo eRecording services replace their existing courier or express mail service.
Once the e-Recording document has been submitted via their submittal software, the Connor & Connor Recording Software system provides seamless e-Recording receipt and processing capability of the document at the Registry of Deeds. The recording software queues electronically submitted document customers with those customers at the Registry offices, and integrates the recording of those documents directly within the Recording Software Module. Upon acceptance of the e-Recording document package, the document is part of the routine document processing workflow. |
